Coaching Advice
Jordan provided this thought exercise to start changing your mindset about relationship building:
If you got laid off today, who are the 10 people you would reach out to? Make that list and then reach out to those people now, while you don’t need anything, and just start a conversation.
Make a list of those people. Then reach out to those people NOW, while you don’t need anything from them. Build your relationship with them just by asking how they are or how you can help them. It’s as easy as starting a conversation!
