Want to gain your work freedom?
Start by scheduling time each week to reflect on how you are going to change your life and work.
Until you commit to scheduling time on a weekly basis to think about how you want to create work that works for you, it will remain just a dream, a wish and an idea.
You give time to the things in your life that are a priority. Is gaining your work freedom a priority? If it is, how much time do you dedicate to working on it?

To get your weekly reflection practice going we recommend:
-
Spending 1 hour a week on reflection. Take a minimum of one hour a week to think about and/or work on gaining your work freedom.
-
Scheduling time to reflect. Make a meeting with yourself and put it on your calendar to make your reflection time a priority.
-
Eliminating excuses. Make a very short list of emergencies that will prevent you from keeping your meeting with yourself (you’re very sick, family emergency, day job emergency, etc.), but nothing else should prevent you from keeping this meeting with yourself!!
- Subscribe to our weekly reminder! Every Saturday morning ET we send out a weekly reflection reminder to give you something to reflect on that you might be struggling with.
Here are a few examples of past reflection reminders we’ve sent:
- Consider setting intentions, instead of goals.
- Why starting a business takes longer than you think.
- How to make rejection feel a little less sucky.
If you think you could use a little dose of encouragement on a weekly basis, we’d be honored to be invited onto your journey when you subscribe to our weekly reflection reminder! Submit your email above!
